In my teaching, I draw from my training in vinyasa yoga, my knowledge of human biomechanics, and my love for dynamic exploration and dance. Some classes focus more on biomechanics and alignment, and others invite in more possibilities to flow. I also teach restorative yoga which emphasizes deep rest and relaxation. Body-positivity and body-inclusivity are some of my core values.
